To NATIONAL SPORTS ASSOCIATIONS and CONCERNED PERSONS

Last week, May 2, 2002, a Judge at the USA District Court for the District Court of Maryland in Baltimore, Maryland, USA, made a decision to deny defendants' Motion to Strike or Dismiss Plaintiff's Amended Verified Complaint

                    www.deafsportlawsuit.com/update15.html ).

Thus, defendants Jerald M. Jordan, Donalda K. Ammons and John M. Lovett, through their attorney Kelby N. Brick, failed  in their attempt to dismiss plaintiff Rafael I. Pinkhasov Pinchas' lawsuit.

Therefore, the parties will go to trial.
