CISS/DEAFLYMPICS ANARCHIST JERALD JORDAN CREATES PROBLEM FOR USADSF PRESIDENT
DID Dr. SCOGGINS AGAIN COMMIT AN ACT OF LYING?

New York, USA - Last year, on the eve of the Olympic Summer Games held in Athens, Greece, the three USA-based publications - The Courier Journal, The Herald-Leader and The CISS/Deaflympics E-News Magazine - carried a story by glorifying one deaf person and 2004 Olympic Torch Relay Runner selectee - Dr. Bobbie Beth Scoggins  - and her work on behalf of the deaf sports.
 
 
Each of these publications reported that Dr. Scoggins was a silver Deaflympics medalist in both swimming and volleyball. Even one newspaper - the Courier Journal - went far ahead by upgrading the image of Dr. Scoggins - albeit, an unjustified one - with headlining of its story such as Deaflympics Star Chosen To Run Games Torch.
 
Upon reading of these stories, this Ombudsman, a long time and diligent student of the CISS/Deaflympics affairs, issued an immediate rebuttal  in which each of these three publications' published information that Dr. Scoggins won a silver medal in swimming was an untruthful and inaccurate one
 
 
To date, Dr. Scoggins has not publicly contested this Ombudsman's July 15, 2004 rebuttal that she was indeed a 1973 Deaflympics silver medalist in swimming!
 
Now, there is another and new problem conceived by Jerald Jordan, the reputed CISS/Deaflympics anarchist, self-styled and one-man Deaflympics Games Database Project coordinator.
 
A huge historical inconsistency is being apparently done by Jordan and it is related to the same person - Dr. Scoggins, his bosom friend, ally and collaborator in the ongoing lawsuit matters against this Ombudsman.
 
Since this past July, the CISS/Deaflympics e-News Magazine has rampantly been displaying the information produced by Jordan himself.
 
And, to date, in lieu of the disclaimer policy, there has been no rebuttal or rectification ( including from Dr.Scoggins herself )  on whether Jordan's work has been regarded as a reliable, truthful and accurate one.
 
In the CISS/Deaflympics e-News Magazine's website there is a mention under the GAMES/1977 Deaflympic Summer Games, Bucharest, Romania, Participants heading column that the names of 126 athletes were recorded as members of the USA team.
 
 
However, there is no name of Bobbie Beth Bridges ( currently known by her first name and married surname of  Dr. Bobbie Beth Scoggins ) on the list at all.
 
What happened?
 
Did  Dr. Scoggins actually compete at the 1977 Games and, therefore, win a silver medal with her USA volleyball team there?
 
Furthermore, it should be noted that, according to a reliable report, at the start of this coming November,  there will held new elections for the top USADSF positions in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and that whether Dr. Scoggins will be running for re-election as the USADSF President for her third term there.
 
USADSF is an acronym for the United States Deaf Sports Federation.
 
In the last four years, since she was re-elected as the USADSF President for the second term in 2001, under Dr. Scoggins' leadership and guidance, the USADSF has, among the other things, been viewed as the Number One Abuser of the CISS/Deaflympics legal structure and that this past January her 172-member USA team at the 20th Deaflympics in Australia produced its worst ever medal showing in the Deaflympic Summer Games' history since 1961
 
 
In addition, Dr. Scoggins is also a prominent Board Member of the National Association of the Deaf  ( NAD ) in the USA.
 
Because of Jordan's continued irresponsible, lowly-rated and messy work with the still historically-relevant Deaflympic Games Database Project, including his omitting of Dr. Scoggins' name ( or her maiden surname of Bridges ) as a member of the 1977 USA Deaflympics team, both Jordan and Scoggins, put themselves in an odd, awkward and ridiculing situation.

In the event it will be found out that Jordan will be the one to err with his work by not including the name of  Bridges or Scoggins on the list of the 1977 Games Participants, then the normally Jordan/Ammons-influenced, weak and dysfunctional CISS/Deaflympics Executive Committee will have to do something with its so-called Honorary Member for Life - Jordan - by seriously questioning his continuing role as a person in charge of the Games Database Project.
 
Or, in the event Dr. Scoggins will be found to be at fault, then the responsible people in the media and USADSF should take appropriate action against her for her another and new act of chicanery or lying.
 
Thus, the big question is still up in the air: who has committed an act of improperty - Jordan or Dr. Scoggins?
 
Finally, in order to clear up these very touchy credibility and veracity issues on an instant basis,  a rebuttal explanation from Jordan or Dr. Scoggins or both - preferably, a public one - will be very welcomed!
